1st month

Rinse with our Chloro flush pre brush rinse before every brush

Morning routine
1. First thing always before brushing brushing(morning and night) thoroughly rinse with the Chloroflush pre brush rinse.

2. Wet toothbrush then brush with our sustain enamel Polish, this will leave your pallet feeling a little dry but the next step will replenish the moisture.

3. brush with our synergy toothpaste(dont spit out solution)

4. Combine balance post brush oral rinse with solution from brushing with synergy toothpaste and rinse mouth thoroughly!

Evening routine

3. then brush with our restore activated charcoal toothpaste(dont spit out solution)
